- Students' work shall take precedence over the authorised work of teachers and non-teaching staff.
- Students may use the laser cutting machine for the corresponding academic year of their subjects after verification of their enrolled student status. The work to be carried out by the machine will be supervised by the Workshop staff before being carried out. THE TEACHER'S AUTHORISATION IS NOT REQUIRED.
- Each student enrolled at ETSA in years 1 to 5 will have 10 points at the beginning of the academic year. TFM students will receive an additional 10 points (a total of 20 points). Each sheet used will count for 1 point, whatever its size within the limits of the machine.
- The work to be carried out, in one shift, shall not exceed the time established by the regulations (1 hour for work from 5th to 1st year and 3 hours for TFM work, including the recovery of the machine parts). If the work has not been completed within the established time, the next student must move on to the end of the waiting list, otherwise the student will be penalised with 5 points. In no case may the indicated time be exceeded by more than 1 hour.
- The student who is the author of the project must be present during the execution of the work.
- If there is no waiting list, and the aforementioned conditions are met, the work will be done on the spot, always within the time allotted for the use of the machine.
- If there is a waiting list, the student will be summoned to a specific date and time. If the student is not present (and has not given prior notice), he/she will be penalised with 3 points.
